Ettev\u00f5tte senise teadus-arendustegevus tulemusena oleme v\u00e4lja t\u00f6\u00f6tanud optimaalsed <em>Trichoderma asp. <\/em>kasutustingimused ja tehnoloogiasiirde detailid, selgitanud v\u00e4lja v\u00f5imalikud ettem\u00e4\u00e4ramatud asjaolud ning v\u00f5rrelnud erinevates kliimav\u00f6\u00f6tmetes saadud saagikusi. Seejuures varasemad p\u00f5llukatsed on n\u00e4idanud, et saagikus suureneb 10-35%.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Biov\u00e4etiste v\u00f5i muude bioloogilise komponendiga agrotoodete koostises kasutatakse <em>Trichoderma<\/em> spoore &#8211; ebasoodsate keskkonnaolude \u00fcleelamiseks spetsialiseerunud paljunemisrakke \u2013 peamiselt nende oluliselt pikema elulevusaja t\u00f5ttu. Seenespooridest valmis tooteni j\u00f5udmine on pikk ja spetsiifiline tehnoloogiline ning majanduslik protsess, mille \u00fcheks komistuskiviks on spoor ise: selle eluj\u00f5ulisus, l\u00fchiajaline s\u00e4ilivus ja konkreetse t\u00fcve intellektuaalomandi kasutamise hind. Oleme viimase v\u00e4ljakutse lahendanud kasutades ettev\u00f5tte kaasomandisse kuuluvat t\u00fcve, ning teiste probleemide jaoks on leitud ja leitakse lahendusi pideva projektit\u00f6\u00f6 tulemusena. Projektis arendame laboratoorset biov\u00e4etise protot\u00fc\u00fcpi, mida saab kasutada katseteks kasvupottides. Anal\u00fc\u00fcsime spooride kultiveerimise, paljundamise ja v\u00e4etisega kombineerimise protsesse, et tulevikus laiendada saadud oskusteavet ja tehnoloogiaid tootmise simuleeritud keskkonnast kuni t\u00e4ismahulise tootmiseni.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pikaajalise eesm\u00e4rgina luuakse uus teadusarendusp\u00f5hine toode koos tehnoloogiasiirde ning turustrateegiatega.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Eesm\u00e4rk<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Projekti <strong>eesm\u00e4rgiks<\/strong> on <em>Trichoderma asperellum<\/em> uudse t\u00fcve spooride laboratoorse tootmistehnoloogia v\u00e4ljat\u00f6\u00f6tamine, t\u00fcve s\u00e4ilitustingimuste uuring, l\u00f5pptoote (biolisandiga mikrograanulv\u00e4etis v\u00f5i ballastaine) valmistamiseks spooride pealekandmise ja doseerimise tehnoloogiline lahendus.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Tulemus<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">K\u00e4esoleva projekti <strong>tulemusena<\/strong> t\u00f6\u00f6tatakse v\u00e4lja <em>Trichoderma asperellum<\/em> CB17 uudse parendatud biostimuleerivate ja -fungitsiidste omadustega t\u00fcve spooride laboriskaalas tootmistehnoloogia.
