Lisaks otsesele kasule p\u00f5llumajandusele on uuel biov\u00e4etisel ka positiivne m\u00f5ju keskkonnale, v\u00e4hendades toitainete sattumist keskkonda, samuti v\u00e4henevad transpordi- ja laokulusid ning kogu v\u00e4etisekasutuse protsess muutub efektiivsemaks ning keskkonnas\u00f5bralikumaks. Eesti ja teiste Euroopa Liidu p\u00f5llumajandusettev\u00f5tete jaoks on see biov\u00e4etis atraktiivne ka seet\u00f5ttu, et see toetab keskkonna- ja kliimas\u00e4\u00e4stlike eesm\u00e4rkide saavutamist, aidates kaasa keskkonnas\u00f5bralike valikute tegemisele ja deklareerimisele, CO2 emissioonide kaardistamisele ning s\u00fcsiniku jalaj\u00e4lje v\u00e4hendamisele.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Pikaajaline eesm\u00e4rk <\/b>on luua uus teadus- ja arendustegevusel p\u00f5hinev toode koos parimate praktikatega tehnoloogia \u00fclekandmiseks ja l\u00e4bim\u00f5eldud turustrateegiatega, arendades seega uudset ja keskkonnas\u00f5bralikku biov\u00e4etist, mis toob kasu nii p\u00f5llumajandusele kui ka keskkonnale.<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Eesm\u00e4rk<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Projekti eesm\u00e4rgiks on rakuvabriku tehnoloogiliste komponentide disainimine, testimine ja t\u00f6\u00f6v\u00f5imekuse demonstreerimine.<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Tulemus<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif;font-size: 18px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400;letter-spacing: 0.1px;color: var( --e-global-color-text );text-align: var(--text-align)\">Projekti<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif;font-size: 18px;font-style: normal;font-weight: 400;letter-spacing: 0.1px;color: var( --e-global-color-text );text-align: var(--text-align)\">&nbsp;t<\/span>ulemusena omandati oskusteave tehniliste lahenduste, komponentide ja materjalide kohta seenorganismi <em>Trichoderma asperellum<\/em> rakuvabriku tehnoloogia viimiseks laboritingimustest pilootskaala m\u00f5\u00f5tmetesse.&nbsp;<\/p><p><br><\/p><p>T\u00f6\u00f6 k\u00e4igus arendati ja testiti rakuvabriku komponente ja nende koostoimimist.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leiti sobivad seadmed ja nende opereerimisparameetrid spooride kultiveerimiseks. Selle materjali saamiseks konstrueeriti kontrollitavate tingimustega kamber ja t\u00f6\u00f6tati v\u00e4lja selle parameetrid, mida saab kasutada rakuvabriku konstrueerimiseks j\u00e4rgmises skaleerimisetapis.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spoorikontsentraat kasvab tahkel substraadil, mille ettevalmistamise k\u00e4igus on oluline substraadi efektiivne jahutamine, piisava \u00f5huvoolu tagamine kasvupindade vahel ja \u00fclekuumenemise v\u00e4ltimine sporulatsiooni k\u00e4igus.
